Les appartements Barceloneta Beach IV se trouvent au bord de la plage de la Barceloneta, l'un des quartiers les plus touristiques et animés de Barcelone. À partir de là, vous pourrez visiter très facilement la ville en utilisant les différents moyens de transport à votre disposition.

Cet appartement composé d'un unique espace au design actuel, moderne et contemporain, est situé au deuxième étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur, idéal pour les couples ou les familles peu nombreuses. Il est équipé de deux lits simples, d'une salle de bain avec douche, d'un balcon, d'un salon-salle à manger avec canapé-lit deux places et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée.

Le Village Olympique, le Port, la plage de la Barceloneta, la Ciutadella et le Zoo de Barcelone se trouvent à quelques minutes à peine. Profitez de la grande variété de restaurants et de bars pour déguster la meilleure cuisine méditerranéenne de la région. Vous pourrez également pratiquer tous types de sports nautiques à proximité.

Les appartements sont situés à proximité d'une gare, d'un arrêt de métro et de différentes lignes de bus pour vous permettre de vous déplacer rapidement dans toute la ville et de visiter d'autres lieux emblématiques, tels que les Ramblas, la Sagrada Familia ou le Parc Güell.

ENREGISTREMENT
- Conformément à la Loi organique pour la protection de la sécurité des citoyens, il est obligatoire que tous les clients séjournant dans un établissement touristique doivent être enregistrés au moyen d'une pièce d'identité nationale ou d'un passeport. Les données recueillies seront transmises à la police en moins de 24 heures après votre arrivée.

- L'accès à nos appartements se fait via une application sur votre Smartphone ou en saisissant un code sur un clavier que vous trouverez à côté de la porte d'entrée.

- Une fois la réservation effectuée, nous vous enverrons un e-mail de confirmation où vous aurez accès à un formulaire où vous pourrez remplir vos données personnelles, enregistrer les clients, effectuer les paiements et signer le contrat.

- 48h avant votre arrivée et à condition d´avoir rempli le formulaire, vous recevrez le lien pour activer les clés.

- Tant que les informations des clients ne sont pas enregistrées, qu´un paiement est en attente ou que le contrat n'est pas signé, notre système ne pourra pas générer les codes d'accès.

- Nos appartements sont équipés de systèmes de mesure du bruit et d´un service de gardiennage de nuit

- Nous vous prions de bien vouloir respecter le silence entre 22h/7h

Het apartement zat op een geweldige locatie, om de hoek van het strand en de boulevard met vele leuke terasjes. Verder was het apartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontgrendelen en vergrendelen van het apartement met de app verliep soepel. Dit moet je van te voren wel even goed bekijken. Zodra de app is geïnstalleerd is het makkelijk in gebruik.Ik zou dit apartement zeker aanraden!

We kwamen hier voor de tweede keer en vonden het weer erg fijn. Prima locatie , dicht bij terrasjes en de zee. Wifi is prima en gratis geworden. Wel jammer dat de afvoeren van wastafel en douche verkeerd zijn aangesloten waardoor er een vieze riool lucht in de ruimte heerst. Door deze afvoeren profesorisch af te dichten hadden we hier gelukkig verder geen last van. We komen graag weer terug hier ! P&P

Check in and check out process was so easy. Very nice and responsive staff, especially when our heat was broken and someone came to fix it within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, the apartment had a very bad leaking shower, which caused some flooding near the toilet. The apartment smelled like sewage most of the time. It was good value for money, but some small improvements would make it the perfect place to stay!

Einzig der sehr unangenehme Geruch aus dem Abfluss störte. Wurde durch Heizung und Gebrauch der Dusche aber etwas besser. Ansonsten alles da, was man braucht und eine sehr schöne, zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer.

Leider etwas verbrauch.Gesamte Austattung brauch kleinere teilweise größeren Reparaturen zb. Dusche .Wasser läuft auf den gesamten Bad Boden .Reklamation bei Notruf Telefon hat keinen erfolg gebracht. Treppenhausaufgang wurde 2 Wochen lang nicht geputzt . Für uns nicht schlecht aber nicht ausreichend .Lage 100 Punkte Austattung Komfort leider mittelmäßig,schade es könnte sehr schöne Apartment sein .

We had to move to another apartment because the heater was not working. This took some while. In both apartments we advice you to replace the electric water cooker/kettle. And in wintertimes it would be convenient to have more blankets.

We chose this apartment for its amazing location and we were not disappointed. Check in was prompt, efficient and friendly. Apartment was very clean but quite sparse. The beds are very clean, as was linen but were small and very hard and the one pillow each very thin and uncomfortable. We asked many times and it took 3 nights before we received another pillow each. Only 2 smallish and thin bath towels and 2 hand towels, not really adequate for 2 people for a week. It would be nice to have had some cushions on sofa or chairs. A few more home comforts would really improve the apartment. Some balcony chairs and a table would also be a nice touch. Some concern over key situation as it is the same key for the front door and the apartment and there were several other apartments in the block. Was good to have a roof terrace but it is very scruffy and uninviting so we did not use it.

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 days holiday. It is very close to the beach and you can actually see the sea from the little apartment balcony. I wish we only had a little more sun.. next time we come in a bit warmer month. Thank you ClassBedroom team

Brand new apartment in the centre ! Close to all restaurants in a very nice & quite area. The only thing we didn't like is that the wadhing machine is located in the upper floor & microwave / oven is to small to cool for 3/4 persons.

we stayed in Barceloneta apartment in October for 5 days.the place is in perfect location, just 100 meters from the sea. area is full of small bakeries, cafes and shops. I would definitely recommend this place. we had couple of small issues- like mattress in sofa bed was not very comfortable, cushions needed changing, there was not enough of toilet paper provided for our stay and knives needed sharpening, but the rest was very good.

nice place, great location, a bit small for 4 people really unless you like each other A LOT as the beds are separated only by a curtain. But all in all a really nice clean place, lovely balcony, all mod cons. I'd go back.

Wlan ging nicht, obwohl es bezahlt wurde. Trotz Mail mit Ankunftsdaten mussten wir über eine Stunde warten bis wir an unserem Ankunftstag ins Apartment konnten. Ansonsten alles sehr gut und weiterempfehlenswert!

Great location close to the beach and a lot more quiet then the area around the Ramblas. It is not that big but comfortable, although we prefer a double bed instead of two single beds put together. We can definetely recommend it to others. Saskia and Bob
