Appartement composé d'un espace unique et situé à proximité de la plage de la Barceloneta, à quelques minutes à peine du quartier gothique et des Ramblas. Idéal pour les couples ou les familles peu nombreuses qui souhaitent allier loisirs, soleil et visites touristiques. Il est équipé de deux lits simples, d'un canapé-lit deux places, d'une salle de bain avec douche, d'une cuisine américaine et d'un grand balcon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. L'appartement se trouve au cinquième étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur.

Le « Barceloneta Beach IV » est situé au bord de la plage de Barcelone, La Barceloneta, dans le quartier traditionnel des marins et des pêcheurs, célèbre pour ses restaurants. Ce quartier très animé, situé tout près du Port olympique, offre plus de quarante bars et restaurants et vous permet également de pratiquer tous types de sports nautiques le long de ses 4 km de plages.

Son emplacement privilégié, à quelques pas d'une gare, d'un arrêt de métro et de plusieurs lignes de bus, vous permet de vous déplacer facilement dans toute la ville et de visiter d'autres lieux d'intérêt touristique tels que les Ramblas, la Sagrada Familia ou le Parc Güell.

ENREGISTREMENT
- Conformément à la Loi organique pour la protection de la sécurité des citoyens, il est obligatoire que tous les clients séjournant dans un établissement touristique doivent être enregistrés au moyen d'une pièce d'identité nationale ou d'un passeport. Les données recueillies seront transmises à la police en moins de 24 heures après votre arrivée.

- L'accès à nos appartements se fait via une application sur votre Smartphone ou en saisissant un code sur un clavier que vous trouverez à côté de la porte d'entrée.

- Une fois la réservation effectuée, nous vous enverrons un e-mail de confirmation où vous aurez accès à un formulaire où vous pourrez remplir vos données personnelles, enregistrer les clients, effectuer les paiements et signer le contrat.

- 48h avant votre arrivée et à condition d´avoir rempli le formulaire, vous recevrez le lien pour activer les clés.

- Tant que les informations des clients ne sont pas enregistrées, qu´un paiement est en attente ou que le contrat n'est pas signé, notre système ne pourra pas générer les codes d'accès.

- Nos appartements sont équipés de systèmes de mesure du bruit et d´un service de gardiennage de nuit

- Nous vous prions de bien vouloir respecter le silence entre 22h/7h

Die Lage des Apartments ist quasi direkt am Strand und in der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars. Außerdem ist das Apartment sehr sauber gewesen. Ich hab es auch als sehr angenehm empfunden, dass man einfach mit dem Handy die Türen öffnen konnte. Auch als etwas mal kurz nicht funktioniert hat, wurde mir innerhalb weniger Minuten geholfen. Ich würde immer wieder kommen.

It was very nice. I recommend that you write a PDF for your guests with information on the neighborhood, barcelona, recommended restaurants and sight seeing. Other than that, our stay was great!

The stairs are super tiny, so dont take big luggage with you. In other aspects it was good apartment.

Good apartment for two people in a great location in Barceloneta. Very close to the beach and some excellent tapas bars / restaurants. Would recommend as long as you can cope with the 5 flights of stairs up to the apartment. If not then you can also normally book identical apartments on the lower floors of the building.

Absolutely perfect in every way. I had to alter my booking at last minute and they were very accommodating. Apartment is spotlessly clean, in a great location and was ideal for my needs. I will definitely be back, highly recommended. Very comfortable, provides anything you might need. Much, much better than the hotel I stayed in on my last visit to Barcelona. Overall, 11/10 - absolutely top class!

Apartments are in really good location, all facilities are very good selected and in good condition. Internet speed is OK as in Barcelona could be. We had amazing and comfortable stay for 3 weeks. Thank you Classbedroom.

Dear Classbedrooms - Your appartments at meer 34 has one of the best locations in Barceloneta !! This is our second stay and we love everything about our stay except the beds - they where way too hard. I think they miss the top mattresses - so if you fix that - we would love to come back for a third time !! Br. Jesper

The only bad thing is that The appartement was on The 5 floor, à lot of stairs. But The rest Of The room was fine. Only The wifi was bad, we only had 1 day of wifi and 2 days not.

Really nice and welcoming staff. A stainless steel kettle, pots and pans would be a great improvement. Because of the poor condition of the equipment, we did not use it.

the location of the appartment is perfect, close to the beach and bus or metrolines in walking distance!! only thing which was not so nice where the steps (we stayed on the fifth floor,no lift)

Bon emplacement pour ce petit studio dans une ruelle tres calme. La literie du lit pliant laisse toutefois a desirer. Lieu destine aux sportifs - 5eme etage sans ascenseur !

We loved the location away from all the tourist spots and so close to the beach! The man that met us and checked us in was a great help! The unit was not super clean for 40 euro for and 10 euro extra for wifi which was spotty at best! It was a very weak signal! Those two items were not a good value!

Very good situated apartment. We enjoyed are stay very much. Ricchardo how meet us up was verry kind and helpfull. Thanks for the help when we get a little lost att the evening.
