Appartement lumineux, récemment rénové et situé dans le quartier gothique,tout près des Ramblas, le boulevard le plus emblématique de Barcelone, qui relie le port à la Place de Catalogne.

L'appartement se trouve au troisième étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur. Il est équipé d'une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux, d'une salle de bain avec cabine de douche, d'un salon-salle à manger avec canapé-lit deux places et d'une cuisine américaine. Les appartements « Ramblas » sont totalement équipés et présentent une décoration soignée jusque dans les moindres détails. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour.

Le quartier gothique de Barcelone est célèbre pour ses vestiges de l'ancienne cité romaine et son ensemble de palais et de couvents médiévaux, témoins d'un glorieux passé. Barcelone fut en effet pendant cinq cents ans la capitale du royaume des comtes et des monarques de Catalogne.

La situation privilégiée de cet appartement vous permettra de profiter de toutes les attractions du centre-ville, de vous promener à pied dans la vieille ville de Barcelone ou de visiter le Palais Güell, la Place de Catalogne, le marché de la Boquería, la Cathédrale ou la Place Sant Jaume, entre autres lieux d'intérêt touristique.

Vous pourrez également accéder facilement aux lignes de métro et d'autobus, et même à des trains moyennes et longues distances si vous souhaitez faire une escapade de quelques jours en dehors de la ville.

ENREGISTREMENT
- Conformément à la Loi organique pour la protection de la sécurité des citoyens, il est obligatoire que tous les clients séjournant dans un établissement touristique doivent être enregistrés au moyen d'une pièce d'identité nationale ou d'un passeport. Les données recueillies seront transmises à la police en moins de 24 heures après votre arrivée.

- L'accès à nos appartements se fait via une application sur votre Smartphone ou en saisissant un code sur un clavier que vous trouverez à côté de la porte d'entrée.

- Une fois la réservation effectuée, nous vous enverrons un e-mail de confirmation où vous aurez accès à un formulaire où vous pourrez remplir vos données personnelles, enregistrer les clients, effectuer les paiements et signer le contrat.

- 48h avant votre arrivée et à condition d´avoir rempli le formulaire, vous recevrez le lien pour activer les clés.

- Tant que les informations des clients ne sont pas enregistrées, qu´un paiement est en attente ou que le contrat n'est pas signé, notre système ne pourra pas générer les codes d'accès.

- Nos appartements sont équipés de systèmes de mesure du bruit et d´un service de gardiennage de nuit

- Nous vous prions de bien vouloir respecter le silence entre 22h/7h

The very best thing about the property is the absolute central location. Many sights can be explored on foot from there and the connection to public transport is very good. Many bars, restaurants and shops are very close to the apartment (within a radius of 100 m)The appartment was handed over very clean and tidy.From my point of view highly recommended if you do not need/expect the comfort/Interior decoration of a 5 star hotel

The Airbnb is clean and ok for 3 people to stay in. The location is extremely nice and perfect if you want to experience the vibe of old town Barcelona, during both night and daytime. The air conditioning was unfortunately dripping with water, but the beds and the balcony were satisfying. In general a decent stay.

great location, close to everything. super reception from our host David. The biggest problem is the extremely narrow and very long staircase to the apartment. It is impossible to carry his suitcase in one hand because of the narrow staircase, so you have to be creative. But if you disregard this, it is a really good appartment.

Todo ok, solo que el Barrio x la noche no nos gusto, además nos hubiera gustado tener 2 juegos de llaves ya que solo nos dieron uno. David muy buen anfitrión!!

Nice place in the center of Barcelona. Good value for money. Not recomendable for familys with small children, but for us travelling with teenagers it was perfect.

Very nice apartment and a good location. Just a minute from Rambla and a few minutes from the beach. Although the apartment is close to the Rambla, it was quite at night, if you had the windows closed, of course. The apartment was clean and nicely equipped. From Mr. Pau, who was expecting us in the apartment, we received all the necessary information about our stay. He was also available by Phone in a second for all our questions about what to visit, where to go… I highly recommend this apartment. We spent really wonderful days in Barcelona.

Andrebbe precisato che l'appartamento si trova al quinto piano e le scale sono strettissime. Nel bagno ci vorrebbe un aspiratore, visto che non ha finestre. We had very noisy neighbours from above, we could hear them moving chairs, closing the fridge door. Also we were not lucky as they were listening to the music very loud at night and speaking very loud so we could hear them like they were in our room. Sound proof is not existing in the apartment. This is huge disadvantage of the apartment.

Bonjour On a passé un séjour agréable en famille. Bien accueillé très bonne situation. appt. Correspond au descriptif sauf un petit prob. Le 3eme étage correspond en faite au 4eme étage avec escalier haut et un peut étroit c est fatiguant surtout en rentrant le soir.A part ça tout est impeccable.

Nice apartment provided a pleasant alternative to the usual hotel, with more space and with kitchen facilities. The manager met me at the apartment on-time for the final check-in paperwork and payment, and the internet password. The location is most interesting, with close easy-walking access to the Ramblas street on one side, and the Gothic district on the other. The only real drawback was the number of steps to walk up to the unit.

Apartments we liked . It was cozy, comfortable . Love street. Everything needed was in the apartment, as well as stereo ( national music streaming ) , toaster, iron , ironing board , glasses for wine , two pillows , a convenient closet . Clean, bright ! The manager is very good, all explained in detail . Were uncomfortable stuff, but they did not spoil our mood (kettle leaking slightly sweet smell of cleaning products with the windows closed , no lids on pots and pans, if you need an extra blanket to make two single beds, it is necessary to wash the fan, the front door creaks ) . Thank you for the rest, we were happy all the time!

The staff was nice and attentive -5! Location - very comfortable, the only thing is stairs - too narrow. Comfort - you can hear clearly people above, under you and on the stairs. We stayed in January for some special price. It was quite appropriate.

The picktures was no good so i was suprised by the standard of the room. You should tell the guest that they have to lift the funiture when they moving them. It made a lot of noise when the apartment over us was moving the funiture around without lifting it. Want to come back anyway. Svein Erik Bakke

Good location and apartment faciliaties were excellent. Warning against pick-pockets. This street seems worse than La Ramblas. Despite the lively activity on the street, the apartment is very quiet. I would recommend to stay here.
