Ces appartements composés d'un espace unique se trouvent à proximité du métro, ce qui vous permet de visiter très facilement la ville. Cet appartement se trouve au troisième étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur. Récemment rénové dans un goût moderne et contemporain, il est idéal pour les couples ou les familles peu nombreuses. Il est équipé de deux lits simples, d'une salle de bain avec douche, d'un grand balcon, d'un salon-salle à manger avec canapé-lit deux places et d'une cuisine américaine équipée.

Situé en plein centre-ville, dans un quartier touristique et animé, il vous permet de profiter des plages, de restaurants réputés et de nombreux bars où vous pourrez boire un verre en contemplant la Méditerranée. L'appartement se trouve à quelques pas du Village Olympique, du Port, du Parc de la Ciutadella et du Zoo de Barcelone.

Les appartements Barceloneta Beach IV sont situés au bord de la plage de la Barceloneta, le quartier traditionnel des marins et des pêcheurs, célèbre pour ses restaurants et ses bars servant les meilleurs produits de la mer.

Les appartements sont situés tout près du métro, de la gare et de plusieurs lignes de bus, ce qui vous permet de visiter facilement les lieux les plus emblématiques de la capitale catalane.

ENREGISTREMENT
- Conformément à la Loi organique pour la protection de la sécurité des citoyens, il est obligatoire que tous les clients séjournant dans un établissement touristique doivent être enregistrés au moyen d'une pièce d'identité nationale ou d'un passeport. Les données recueillies seront transmises à la police en moins de 24 heures après votre arrivée.

- L'accès à nos appartements se fait via une application sur votre Smartphone ou en saisissant un code sur un clavier que vous trouverez à côté de la porte d'entrée.

- Une fois la réservation effectuée, nous vous enverrons un e-mail de confirmation où vous aurez accès à un formulaire où vous pourrez remplir vos données personnelles, enregistrer les clients, effectuer les paiements et signer le contrat.

- 48h avant votre arrivée et à condition d´avoir rempli le formulaire, vous recevrez le lien pour activer les clés.

- Tant que les informations des clients ne sont pas enregistrées, qu´un paiement est en attente ou que le contrat n'est pas signé, notre système ne pourra pas générer les codes d'accès.

- Nos appartements sont équipés de systèmes de mesure du bruit et d´un service de gardiennage de nuit

- Nous vous prions de bien vouloir respecter le silence entre 22h/7h

I booked this apartment for my parents and they really liked it! It’s a studio apartment, and you can see that it’s recently renovated: everything was spotless and perfectly functional. The balcony is quite long and it’s perfect to enjoy the sight of the see, and chill. The check-in procedure was contactless and super convenient to go through. The stairs (usually in old building they can be steep and scary) are actually very easy to climb since the steps are wide. It’s located in a beautiful street which is not accessible by cars, has a lot of restaurants and cafes where you can have delicious meals from tapas, to pizza, to açai bowls. La Barceloneta is definitely my favourite place in the city and the apartment is a stone’s throw away from the beach, so you can just go out and have long walk on the seashore and promenade. One of the power socket (next to the table) was not working well, but for the rest: amazing stay, although a tad bit of expensive, I would definitely recommend that!

This is a cute little apartment located in a lovely residential part of town, just a stone's throw from the sea. I personally love the area as it has more of a local feel, rather than being overly touristic. The property itself is basic and has everything you need. Perfect for a little getaway. The hosts were very responsive and very accommodating. I would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon.

Localização óptima, muito perto da praia. Apartamento agradável, com tudo o que é necessário para passar uns dias. Penso que poderiam colocar uns tapetes ou algo para tornar ao local ainda mais confortável. Deviam verificar melhor os pequenos electrodomésticos da casa e o seu estado para que quando os turistas chegam estar tudo em ótimas condições de limpeza. No geral ficámos muito satisfeitos e recomendamos.

I have stayed in 3 of the Class Bedroom Barceloneta apartments and they offer perfect location and everything you need. No frills great service. I would prefer to check in before 3.00pm though. I'll be using them again soon!

Very nice location in Barceloneta. At a short walk to the beach. Metro nearby and just opposite a wonderful coffeebar. Restaurants all over the place. Good for your stay for congress

Très bel appartement avec un emplacement stratégique à 5 minutes à pied de la Rambla, propre, cité résidentielle calme, tout près de la plage, bref c'était parfait pour nous. Le prix est quant même un peu élevé par rapport à d'autres offres...

The apartment we stayed in was very nice, clean and location great! A few cons are that it was 3 stories up with no elevator and small stair well and beds are somewhat uncomfortable. My biggest complaint is that there was NO hot/warm water. I did contact the host and switched the breakers to no avail. Cold showers for 3 days...sucked.

My boyfriend and I decided quite last minute that we would like a long weekend trip and didn't want to spend too much money - We came across an apartment on a website and thought it was a really great price for 4 days stay - unfortunately there was a problem with the apartment we originally booked , however we were quickly offered another for the same price in a better location. The apartment was clean, comfy, had all the things we needed to be able to eat in on some nights and a gorgeous little balcony looking over the street and down towards the beach. The only thing that i would say is the electrics were quite temperamental and often it took movingthe kettle to a few different plugs to get it to work - not sure what the problem was!? Also it would have been good to have instructions on how to use the tv/radio as it didnt seem to pick up any reception - not that we were bothered by this as we were out most of the time and too tired from all the walking to watch TV! We have been staying for 8 nights with two kids, so I have expected at least one cleaning during our staying. After three nigts of our staying we have realised that bedlin and towels have been changed, but no floor cleaning have been done. So I had to do it my self. Staying of four persons especially with kids make a lot of dust. And we had to buy toiletpaper as well!!!

Studio confortable, avec une petite terrasse. Bonne prise en charge suite á un pb de cumulus. Literie confortable et propre. Rien á reprocher.... Prendre un plan detaille car le Rue difficile á trouver.

The fregde/frezer was not working 100 procent. The people who stayed in app. 1 the first 3 days, where very very noisy and they did not think about that other people also lived there. There were many small ants in our app 3. Else it eas a very nice stay.
