Nice apartement with a superb location. You could see that it had been used, but it was clean. Only thing I would point a finger at was that there was no plugg in the sink. Made it more difficult to wash my dishes . And I did not rely on the safety fence(the lock) on the balcony. I hallen to tell, but they were busy. Should come when they had time. I never saw them.

The beachfront apartment should have beach towels and beach umbrellas. This is missing me here. Also changing the towels after seven days of stay is not enough. The EUR 300 deposit is inadequate and incomprehensible. Other apartments I have used in Barcelona are not required at all. When making a booking at Hotels.com, the apartment has no description of the apartment on which floor. The big plus is the great location and furnishings of the apartment with dishes.

Generally we were happy but: • On colder nights we needed extra covers on the beds, but could not find any. • There was no washing-up bowl (nor sink plug), so we had to use a big pot for this purpose. • The street door bell did not work (this was important as we had family visiting us a lot), nor did the phone to let people in work. • The television sometimes went off when we used the remote to change channels. • The television sometimes came on when we had used the remote to turn it on. • The balcony balustrade has a joint where the welding has failed and it is held together by wire. • We could not discover how to make the air-conditioner/heater go to sleep at night, nor how to keep it on all night at a temperature that suited us - it's behaviour seemed random. • We would have contacted you about some of these if we had not managed to overcome them with family help, or decided to put up with them for the few days we were there. The only thing we can complaine about was the ants who was in the bathroom. Everything else was perfect!:)

The first night was ok but second and third was bad as we got new neibors from sweden and all the boys made a lot of noise when leaving to go out to drink and when they got back one by one at 5 in the morning. i not sure if i would reconment this accommodation to anyone cause of the noise.

Very nice and clean appartment. Up to date furniture. Location is very close to the beach and close to many other popular Barcelona locations. This is the place to be, and between the locals. Lots of local bars and restaurants.(a lot cheaper than the touristic) I will definatly come back here, just love Barca.

Grundsätzlich war das Appartement in einem guten Zustand. Allerdings sind vor allem im Badezimmer bereits Abnützungen zu sehen und in den Fugen ist etwas Schimmel vorhanden.

Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht gekühlt. Die Eingangstür knallt sehr laut in das Schloss, wenn sie zufällt. Sehr störend in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und buchen bestimmt nochmals ein Apartement.

Excelente ubicacion en Barcelona, a pocos pasos de la Playa, y lugares de entretención. Entorno seguro, cercano a estaciones de metro, a una cuadra de supermercados y paradas de buses. Pasamos una semana en Barcelona durante nuestra Luna de Miel y todo resulto simplemente maravilloso.

Perfect location near the marina for walking into town. 15mins - if that - to La Rambla. Apartment is small and basic but has everything you need and is comfortable enough for a short stay. Very friendly staff

Die Lage ist phantastisch. Die Küchenausstattung veranlasste uns nichts zu kochen. Der versprochene Handtuchwechsel und Zwischenreinigung fand leider nicht statt.

I can only recomend the flats in Barceloneta. Absolute perfect and charming location close to the beach and 15 minutes walk to La Rambla. Had a brilliant stay and will book again!

This accommodation is ideal for young couples who spend most of their time outside and need a place to crash at night. It is small, but clean and quiet (this is the only pedestrian street in the neighbourhood) and the kitchenette is fully equipped. The location is very good, with bus stops just a few steps from the apartment, that can take you to almost any part of the city, quite close to the city centre. Barceloneta area has plenty of restaurants and bars nearby that you can access on foot, if you dont feel like going to the city in the evenings. However, the first impression that you get when you approach the street is not that pleasant. The buildings seem old and dilapidated, there is no illumination at nights when you come home, which sometimes gave me the creeps, but we didnt have any bad experiences. On the contrary, we enjoyed our stay in Barcelona.

We really enjoyed staying in a street and neighborhood where "common Spanish people" themselves live. And so close to the sea and city center......WOW!

It was nice and clean when we arrived. The interiourdesign made the appertment look good, and it made us want to spend more time there. The appertment had all the necessary equipment which could come in hand. we enjoyed our stay to the max :)
