Cet appartement est situé au cinquième étage avec ascenseur et dispose d´un solarium privé avec vue magnifique sur l'église de Santa María del Mar

Situé dans une zone privilégiée du quartier du Born, vous arriverez en quelques minutes à pied aux principaux points d´intérêts du centre de Barcelone comme Las Ramblas, la Catédrale, Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia entre autres. A 10 minutes à pied, vous trouverez les plages de Barcelone où vous pourrez profiter du soleil et un large éventail de restaurants, boutiques et divertissements.

A côté de l'appartement, vous trouverez une gare, plusieurs lignes de métro et de bus qui vous permettront d'atteindre n´importe quel point de la ville.

ENREGISTREMENT
- Conformément à la Loi organique pour la protection de la sécurité des citoyens, il est obligatoire que tous les clients séjournant dans un établissement touristique doivent être enregistrés au moyen d'une pièce d'identité nationale ou d'un passeport. Les données recueillies seront transmises à la police en moins de 24 heures après votre arrivée.

- L'accès à nos appartements se fait via une application sur votre Smartphone ou en saisissant un code sur un clavier que vous trouverez à côté de la porte d'entrée.

- Une fois la réservation effectuée, nous vous enverrons un e-mail de confirmation où vous aurez accès à un formulaire où vous pourrez remplir vos données personnelles, enregistrer les clients, effectuer les paiements et signer le contrat.

- 24h avant votre arrivée et à condition d´avoir rempli le formulaire, vous recevrez le lien pour activer les clés.

- Tant que les informations des clients ne sont pas enregistrées, qu´un paiement est en attente ou que le contrat n'est pas signé, notre système ne pourra pas générer les codes d'accès.

- Nos appartements sont équipés de systèmes de mesure du bruit et d´un service de gardiennage de nuit

- Nous vous prions de bien vouloir respecter le silence entre 22h/7h

- Nous disposons de caméras de sécurité dans le bâtiment

Staying with ClassBedroom was fantastic. The apartment was conveniently located near tons of delicious eateries, coffee shops, and the water. It made it easy to access all of the things you want to experience while in Barcelona. The check in process was smooth: you get a code to get into the building and then a key to get to the apartment. I felt like I was in a fancy movie as the elevator operates using a key specifically for your floor. The space was clean, spacious, and you have access to the terrace, which is really nice. I would definitely recommend staying here with ClassBedroom!

I stayed in this apartment for 7 nights - alone. And this was perfect reffering to the size of the apartment. It's situated in the fifth and last floor of the building, so I didn't hear any noises of other guests and I didn't hear the elevator. Great adavantage of this floor!I used the aircondition - even in the middle of october. The roof-terrace is a nice place for relaxing, I really liked it. The location is perfect for strolling around in the oldtown. I love the neighbarhood with its bars. I often walked to the beach - no problem to get there by foot. Supermarkets are around, small ones are open 24/7.A few minutes to the metro and also to Estacion de Francia, where I took the train for daytrips to Sitges and Tarragona.Contact before my arrival was without problems, the self-ceck-in worked pretty good.No problems during my whole stay, I had a great time!Muchas gracias!

Ein wirklich tolles kleines Apartment für einen Städteurlaub. Sehr zentral gelegen, aber nachts ruhig. Toller Blick und Verweilmöglichkeit auf der Dachterrasse. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden es definitiv wieder buchen.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. The location was one I was not originally thinking I would like and OMG it is an amazing location the Born District. So full of nightlife and activity and young people really lovely the energy and getting to know that part of the city as well. Apartment is very quiet the beds comfortable and apartment secure. There was a wonderful Crossbreeze between the bedroom window and the living room window that we only turned on the AC at night. Also especially liked the washer and dryer in the laundry room which no one seem to be ever using. And there seems to be only five units in the building and everyone very respectful. It really is a hidden gem

We spent eight days and seven nights in our apartment and we were very happy with the accommodations. The security and ease of access was excellent. The apartment was very clean and had everything for basic needs. The rooftop patio was a bonus. And you could not ask for a better location. There were so many wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood and we found a favorite coffee & breakfast place, where we had coffee every morning, just a few yards from the main entrance. The apartment is a few blocks from the port as well. For convenience, security, and essential needs we highly recommend ClassBedroom and their apartments. We would happily stay here again.

Great location giving easy access to central Barcelona. Two Metro stops within 10 minute walk mean most sights are within 30 minutes of the studio apartments. Quirky apartment means that when you open the lift door you walk straight into the apartment living area. Terrace is great for catching afternoon sun. Slight drainage smell when you enter the apartment but it doesn’t linger so suspect it’s nothing to do with the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. Bedroom is very small with only about 30cm between the 2 single beds. Plenty of wardrobe space ?? very quiet apartment but has a bar within a minute walk, a couple of restaurants, cash machines and a supermarket within 5 minute walk. (Lidl supermarket is about 15 minute walk). Lovely Gelateria about 5 minute walk. Some really nice restaurants and bars within 15 minute walk in El Born.

Overall great place and location. Place was very clean. Other then an odd smell that would linger in the apartment. The facilities included were very nice. Overall safety of the place was great!!

Great hosts- met me at the apartment upon arrival and very communicative throughout the stay. Unfortunately, we had an issue due to unique circumstances with the apartment but the hosts handled it very quickly and appropriately. has everything you need for your stay and the private rooftop is very beautiful!

Fantastic location! Fun to have the elevator open directly into the apartment. Single beds could be pushed together. Rooftop terrace was a nice plus. We were there in the winter and floors were quite cold. A rug might warm up the space a bit. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

once again, a great stay in Barcelona. a wonderful location to base yourself. very central, if you wish to go to the beach, or visit sites. staff are very helpful and completing the booking and payment is very simple. takes all the hassle out of planning a holiday. highly recommend, and hope to be back again next year! a special thanks to David, who met us when we arrived. a true gentleman.

The apartment as such, was ok, well equipped, clean, adequate furniture.But, first night only boiling hot water. Not possible to take a shower. The heating did not work and it was cold.

 

Classbedroom: we are sorry that the boiler didn't work on the first night, we hope the rest of the stay was good.

Bastante disgustadas por la falta de presión de agua de la ducha, no pudiendo incluso lavarnos el pelo y fuimos a la peluquería. La presión del agua no quita ni la arena de la playa de la piel. Huele a tuberías. Las fotos engañan sobre el espacio del estudio. No hay luz en la terraza. No hay congelador para guardar un Helado. Por lo demás yo ya contaba con la perfecta ubicación vengo a Barcelona varias veces al año

 

Classbedroom: Entendemos el problema con la presión de agua. hemos conseguido finalmente conseguir mas presion. Después de su feedback introducimos unos focos en la terraza. Gracias por el feedback.

great people to deal with. splendid location, close to beach and city center. for a large city it was a very quite location. great bars and restaurants close by. an elevator which is a blessing! highly recommend. one of the best we've dealt with!

Très bien situé. Plutôt bien dans l'ensemble. Equipement ménager minimum. Pas de porte fenêtre, heureusement qu'il y a la terrasse mais il faut savoir qu'elle se situe au dessus de l'appartement et qu'il faut donc monter d'un étage. Le risque dans ce genre d'immeuble avec plusieurs meublés, est qu'il y a un mouvement de locataires pour quelques jours et pour faire la fête si bien que les nuits peuvent être perturbées par le bruit. C'est ce qui s'est produit pour au moins toute une nuit.

The ad and the photos in it telled a story about an apartment with a terass in it, well there it was not like that. The terass was on another floor. Also the check in had countless misunderstandings that cost us 50 € and 1 hour.

This appartment is convenient for a couple. Although there is a sofa-bed, we believe that the appartment is too small to accommodate 4 persons. The location is great! El Born is a lively and interresting area, next to another highly interresting neibourhood (Barri Gotic) and within a walking distance from the beach (15 min walk). The terrasse offers a breathtaking view of the Santa Maria del Mar church and of the Barcelona roofs! We would sure recommend this appartment.

Très bonne adresse, bien situé dans le quartier El Born. Petit appartement calme et très fonctionnel. Bien pour un couple ou une famille de 3 ou 4. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

L'appartement est très bien situé dans le Barri, bien au calme. Le niveau de confort de l'appartement est excellent, tout équipé, et c'est également très appréciable de disposer de deux jeux de clés.

Tout était parfait sauf la douche dont le jet était très faible et la température chaude/froide qui variait sans arrêt. Autrement séjour imppecable, merci pour l'accueil. Nous le conseillerons sans problème.

The appartment was nice, looks exactly like the photos, good location between the beach and the ramblas, quiet, clean, internet and air conditioner working very well, no problems with the elevator and it has laundry services at the groundfloor.

Phantastically located, nicely furnitured, however the dishes were sticky and the bed linnen for the additional bed was not washed. Check-in/out went smoothly. Nice staff!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and the apartment was good. We were able to wash and dry our clothes which was great and the apartment was close to all needs such as supermarket, pubs, tourist areas and only 10 minute walk to La Ramblas.

It was nice that toilet paper and dishwashing soap were provided after we asked for it. However, it would have been even nicer if that would have been self-evident and not presented as a special favour. The apartment was very nice but very small.

Waren das 2.te mal in den Picasso-Appatements und die Lage ist einfach genial,nahe zum Strand und die Altstadt um die Ecke.Wir hatten zwar in Pisasso 5 keinen Balkon,wie im Web angeboten, aber wir waren trotzdem zufrieden. Die Reinigung der Zimmer könnte gründlicher sein. Beim nächsten Barcelonabesuch würden wir wieder hier einchecken!

There was not enough spaces for baggage.Bathroom ventilation was poor.If you want clean the apartmant there is not any vacuum cleaner.
